Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order status & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Use that link for real-time updates, or refer to the details below.

Order Status Explained

  • Order Placed: We’ve received your order and payment.
  • Processing: Your order is being prepared and quality-checked (1-2 business days).
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Tracking is now active.
  • Delivered: Your order has arrived at the shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, or if your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days, please contact support@luzoria.shop with your order number and we’ll resolve it right away.
