Track Your Order
Order status & tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Use that link for real-time updates, or refer to the details below.
Order Status Explained
- Order Placed: We’ve received your order and payment.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared and quality-checked (1-2 business days).
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Tracking is now active.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived at the shipping address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
